"And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:18-20)

Christ Bible Church has a serious commitment to the Word of God. The Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) is not an option and we seek to honor God in obedience. The following mission agencies are recommended by our church:

Service: The Yeaters serve on the staff of Camp Gilead in Polk City, Florida, a part of CBM. Ron is starting a creation science ministry with his many fossils and animals. He presents to Christian schools but hopes to expand this new ministry into the public schools. Sherry is in her 15th year of teaching at Lakeland Christian School.

Roger & Phyllis Bacon

Service: The Bacons were active in the field for 17 years in Quebec Canada. They continue to serve in a local church in Canada. Roger is a deacon and preaches when the pastor is away. Phyllis is involved in the Senior Women's Missionary Society and keeps a missionary board current at their church.

Service: Gary and Penny Whipple are involved with Church planting in Peru with Baptist Mid-Missions. Gary pastors Faith Baptist Church in Lima. The church is growing and recently purchased more property to expand. They have been on furlough this summer and are returning to their church in Lima, Peru July 2006.
